Rich will this board work with an HD750?

Here is the board I mentioned in another thread. Thought I should not derail the thread with my questions. So do you think this will work? I was told yes by two stores and then no via line6 forum by a non line 6 rep but an expert poster. It doesn't say yes or no on the compatibility chart.
