i had an M9 previously, just got one again. really digging it.
right now i use an Ernie Ball VP Jr, but i'd love to bring along a Moog EP-1 or something else that i can swap into other pedals.
i thought i remembered there was some weird input/output send/return wiring thing that would let you use an actual expression pedal, not just a volume pedal, with the M9. am i tripping?
IS there a way to use a standard TRS expression pedal with the M9?
thanks! |

lulz. just that Mission Control makes some specifically for the Line6 makes me think they use an odd interface. ne?
thanks! |

but....... i don't think it's "all exp pedz not being created equal" though..... i think the M series has a funky requirement for what it sees and doesn't. it's very weird to have a volume pedal work in place of an expression pedal.
i was hoping there was some work around to make an M9 "see" a normal expression pedal. |

is there a way to use an adapter between the standard TS cable to get it to work with the TRS input on the Line6?
thanks! |

thanks! | Not sure what you are asking. Our expression pedal cable is just a standard TS 1/4" cable. The thing that is different is the value of the pot. We have to us it because it is controlling digital parameters not audio.

but, doesn't look like it. thanks! | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
