| UX8 Is Way Cool
I'm new to this forum, but a few months ago I got a TonePort UX8, and I've got to say it is great. I don't really use the modelling/effects much, but it will record all 8 tracks, I can practice with a guitar and bass and several mics plugged in and the output going to powered PA speakers, and it pretty much eliminates DIs, preamps, and computer interface in a single high quality and really inexpensive device. It was exactly what I needed for a really simple rehearsal setup, and to record rehearsal stuff to my mac laptop. |
