XDR95 Transmitter Pack, Weak Signal Problem. Help?

So I have an XDR95 and it worked good and all. But yesterday I hooked it up to play and it's getting a super weak signal. I'm 100% sure it's the Transmitter Pack cuz my friend has and XDS Plus and I used his Transmitter Pack and it worked fine. Swapped my cord with his cord, still worked good. So it's my pack.

It seems that when I play it gets a super weak signal, maybe halfway up on the LEDs on my E string, but I get 1 bar on my G string. But even when hitting my E, I get halfway up on the bars but after about 2-3 seconds it just cuts out. It's not the battery cuz it was happening with my old battery which had about 1 hour of life in it. So I switched to a new battery with full life and it still does that same thing.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
