One has the rack ears and the rack spacer, the other just has the rack ears.
$50 and $75 respectively.
I also have a Guyatone BL-2 bottom limiter. Really nice on a low setting for grabbing huge bass spikes. The release is smoother on mine than as described in bongos review. I found it a nice always on for soft compression.
