FEA O-Ring installation for old style knobs:

1. Remove knobs using a 2mm allen key for the older style knobs.
2. Install three 1.5 x 6mm o-rings over the pot shaft (see illustration).
3. Push the knob firmly down on the o-ring stack to seat the lower oring over the pot threads.
4. Now apply a gentile downward pressure on the o-rings while
tightening the knob set screw.
5. If the rotational stiffness is too much then use less downward
