FS: Aguilar Tone Hammer Preamp/DI

FS: Aguilar Tone Hammer Preamp/DI

This is NOT the head, it's the black pedal/ DI/ overdrive pedal. (Why did Aguilar name two very different products the same thing?)

Really a must have a tool for a working bassist and a cornerstone of my sound for years, especially on ampless gigs. I just got a much more expensive DI and separate OD though so I need to sell to fund that purchase.

Has some dings, well used, but perfectly functional. Knobs, jacks and switches all working great.

Pics on request.

$160 shipped in CONUS, paypal.

Trades considered: MXR bass octave deluxe, Aguilar Octamizer

No other trades, please. I'm stocked and broke.

Thanks!

Is this the new or old version. Note the new version of these Aguilar pedals (I think) have fixed the design issue of the lip hanging out over the 1/4 inch plug jacks to the point where a right angle plug will not fit, the new designs fixed the issue making the lip flush with the jacks. I am interested in buying the pedal but only if it is the newer version, thanks

I have always used George l right angle with this pedal no problem. It's not a very new pedal though.

I think the tone hammer was maybe exempt from the design flaw of the other Aguilar pedals, if someone could confirm this it would help me in my search a great deal and thanks!
