ART X-15 Ultrafoot midi controller foot pedal. No rack effects unit.
Been using it as the midi controller for my Behringer v-amp pro. Everything works great. Couldn't figure out how to reset the program to use the expression pedals tho. I have it hooked up with a 9v battery underneath the board so you only need a midi cable going to it. I don't have the power supply.
I have painted it and cleaned the inside and connectors etc, works great. No leds out. It was an original "80's colored" pedal but I couldn't stand it, so I did a quick paint job and here it is!
