FS: Hardwire CM-2 Tube Overdrive

Spring cleaning! Up for sale is my Hardwire CM-2 Tube Overdrive. Cosmetically, this pedal is in mint condition. The issue - the 9V battery power doesn't work. I had this on a board with my bass for a long time on 9V power so I never noticed. I'm sure Digitech would fix this, but not a good option for the cost.

So I am selling this at $35 shipped or best offer with the original packaging, less the velcro. It sounds great on bass with the seperate treble/bass control and it loves Fender guitars, too.
