This pedal is fully functional, and after Googling different combinations of keywords for the sticker I was unable to find anything about what exactly is modded. I will post a picture of the pedal guts if you want. However, it sounds great for both bass and electric guitar and adds a pretty sweet squishy sound with tons of sustain. I will throw in a 9V battery just because.
