Now that I actually own an all-tube amp I don't use this anymore. I'm am also slowly raising money for a JO5...

Comes with case, in good shape, swatch of soft velcro on the back, doesn't cover any information.
$120 shipped CONUS. I can get pictures, but it's in good shape- lived on my board it's whole life.
