much preferred the TLE mode so opted for this version on mine - the 'classic' mode is not what I would call very 'classic' with its splattery, compressed low end - there is a very good reason why Rob made the TLE mode standard, it just sounds better! Anyway, as I am using this solely as a DI into my computer (the best clean tone I've heard/felt to date), I will pass this on to someone who will use it to its full potential.
