Up for sale is my viva Analog 360+ Preamp pedal. This is a replica of the famous Acoustic 360 preamp. It was designed by viva Analog and assembled by myself.
Don't let the size fool you, this is a nearly exact copy of the Acoustic 360 schematic with only a few minor changes. The headroom was increased slightly. The range of the Effect knob (mid cut/boost) was slightly increased. The mute button has an optical-based circuit that completely eliminates any clicking sounds. My favorite feature is the addition of a Blend knob on the fuzz section. This allows you to blend the clean sound into the fuzz sounds. I love this because I always found the fuzz on the 360 to be thin sounding and the blend knob helps to make it very full sounding. There are three trim pots on the inside. One controls the output level. One controls the input gain on the fuzz section. One controls the brightness of the LED when the pedal is muted.
I made sure to use quality parts when I built this. A Hammond case, metal knobs, Switchcraft jacks, Carling switches, C&K switches, Lorlin switch, a germanium transistor for the fuzz, Nichicon Muse and Fine Gold caps, NP0 ceramic caps. Included with the pedal is the recommended 24v PSU, made by Triad.
It's cosmetically is good condition. There are some light scratches. The label didn't go on perfectly flat, but it still look pretty good.
