FT/FS: Xotic Tri-Logic Pre v1, DOD FX-25
 

For sale are two cool pedal that are needing to go. Firstly, an Xotic Tri-Logic v1 pre-amp pedal. Very nice and warm sounding e.q., good headroom/low noise. I liked it better than my Tech 21 Bass driver and Para-driver. This is more transparent. Decent amount of gain. I haven't tried to run it through a power amp, kinda curious now lol. It was well loved but I just got an Empress Para-E.Q. which is pretty similar but has more tweak-ability.

For price, I am looking for $150 though I will take a 3Leaf Proton or G.R. in trade. Will also take an MXR M-82+ $50. SOLD!

Next up, an old DOD FX-25. Battery door is still there. Looks old as you would expect. Foot-switch works perfectly. Adapter is an old school EH type. I don't have an power supply for it, but adapters for Voo Doos are pretty cheap, as is a single p/s. I can throw in my adapter for my Gator power supply, but you will have to reverse the polarity of the cable if you want it to work with Voo-Doo. I will add an image tonight. For price, I am looking for $55 though I will take a 3Leaf Proton or G.R. or MXR M-82 in trade with cash on my end.

I want the Tri-Logic preamp. Have you tried to push a power amp with it? What outputs does it have on it - balanced ? unbalanced? XLR?

Hey Dave, thanks for the interest. I haven't tried, but I can try for you, I still have my Yamaha power amp. The gain knob should work. Will let you know.
It doesn't have xlr, just the usual 1/4 out like other pedals.

Just tried it. Drove the power amp pretty well though I had the gain and volume at like 8 each. (a guess as there's no numbers.). No distortion at all, very thick and fat sounding. If you're worried, I'll keep the funds in Paypal so you can send it back. I generally allow returns on my eBay sales since stuff is sometimes subjective. The amp is a Yamaha P5000s.
