Perfect working condition. Visually a 7/10 with some chips in the paint and paint missing from the rear that came off with the velcro I removed. See pictures below.

This is a very cool pedal with a separate PHASER and FLANGER. Each has its own controls and off/on switch, allowing for separate or combined use. Both the phaser and flanger are juicy and have a pretty wide range in sounds.

yes, the manual lists it as "True Buffer Bypass"

How did you power the pedal? Did you have any noise issues?

It shouldn't need any special power, 9V DC at a low enough mA draw to work on the regular jacks on a PP2+. Very quiet, too.
