Honeycomb Overdrive

Sign in to disble this ad
Since becoming a dad I've been on a major gear purge, and I'm to the point where I'm selling off prototypes of some of my pedals. (note to mods: This is a personal sale of my own personal pedal and not a commercial advertisement)

I'm offering up my prototype model Honeycomb overdrive. It is built to the same standards as the pedals I sell, it's just been on my board so I wouldn't sell it as new.

This is a great low-gain overdrive pedal, but this one is actually slightly hot-rodded with a little more gain on tap than any other HCOD I've built. (It's basically a hybrid between the original design and my new Heartbreaker Overdrive)

This is the last HCOD that will ever be for sale from me and the only one with cream chickenhead knobs, so it is a unique piece fo sure.

I'm asking for $100 shipped in the ConUS.

Just got one of these on a trade. SUPER AWESOME OD!!!!!! It's low gain and just puts a little dirt on the signal and some butter on the low end. Bump for a super dude that makes great pedals.

Plays_for _dog has them both so he might be able to give you his read on that, but I would say 2 things. The Honeycomb has lightly better bass response overall but the nature control also gives you a little more control over how much bass.
