I recently upgraded to a pedal power This thing has worked fine for me for about 4 years. 12volt pedal adapter cable is kinda figity yet easily replacable. Other than that everything is fully operational and includes all the original cables. (pic does not include all the cables.)

This is actually a pretty good chorus, lush and rich. A hidden gem if you ask me.
