The frequency range is a bit narrower, but between the two switch settings it's still quite variable. |

IMO the Malekko Bit sounded very close to the bugcrusher but was noisier and had low volume issues. The 8-bit duck is a little less filtered/more ring mod like in nature, but sounds very good. Features and build quality are perfect. |

I asked Luke to do some custom options for me including top jacks and more notably the clean blend. That added to the cost which is why my asking price is higher than the cost of a basic one new.
The clean blend is particularly useful for bass on this type of effect I find. |
