Received this in a trade. The sticker on back came off with the velcro, so not sure of country of manufacture. In good shape, no functional issues. A little wear, mostly scratching of the purple paint, but nothing bad. Just looks like a well used pedal. I will include the original velcro (with the sticker on it) if you would like. If there are other ways to determine country of origin, let me know and I will look.
