Based off demos, it reminds me of early Mastodon (Remission era) and High on Fire (Death is this Communion era). Love Black arts pedals. If I wasn't trying to get my hands on a Revelation, I'd be all over that one. Very tempting.

It's that design in a wah enclosure. Level, feedback, delay time, mod depth, mod speed. The treadle controls delay time. |
