You'll have to take my word for it when I say this is MINT and my ratings speak for themselves.
I bought it 6 weeks ago on Amazon for $279. While I would have to say it's really a great pedal, I have discovered to my dismay that there is little I can do with an Octave unit.
The biggest WOW on it is the ability to play chords clearly. It's literally like having a rhythm guitarist in a box.
I like it a lot. But I think it's really better suited for other music types, including bass players in a three piece band that need to play chords to fill in during the lead player's solos.

I played less than an hour on it. I'll take $240 shipped (with insurance and tracking to anywhere in the US.) I have everything that came with the unit including the box, user manuals, power cord, and adapters.
