It really just didn't do it for me. I tried to like it for a long time, but never could.
It's in pretty pristine condition, it's lived on my board for a year or so. It does have velcro on the bottom, but it's pretty easy to remove if undesirable. It shows a little sign of wear on the corners, but nothing that's very visible on a board.
