Zvex Machine, THIS BOX IS RAD. 2004 version with no LED and battery-only. It really is low power-consumption and batteries last a long time, if you unplug your cables. Or file a hole in the side, big enough for the battery snap wires to run outside the box? Some paint chips on the side, but looks fine from the top. A little more than half-price of a new one: $175
DOD Meat Box, comes with stickers and box (only missing the instruction card). Knock stuff off the walls, blow your speakers if you're not careful. Excellent condition. $185
MASF Kidnapper, they call this a DOD Buzz Box clone. Octave down fuzz. A couple of tiny paint chips, otherwise like-new. Rare to see these MASF pedals on the used market. More info here: http://www.tonefactor.com/product-p/kidnapper.htm
ISP Decimator (first version). Awesome noise gate does not squelch your tone. I have two, only need one. Looks perfect except half of the zero (on the "10) is rubbed off (see pic 2). I never saw a need for a "G string" version, YMMV. Box and instructions. $85
Catalinbread Ottava Magus, first version "micro" size. Octave-up octavia style fuzz. Velcro on bottom. (Box is plain). $80
HBE Hematoma, versatile overdrive. Two switches for "more" (2nd switch adds Pre-Gain). Really tweakable. Mint condition, I never really needed it. $110
Behringer Reverb, decent budget pedal. I find Spring and Plate sound a little metallic and harsh. If you put this on your vocals, that might be perfect for your extreme music. (Room and Hall are better IMO). A little rough looking, but works fine. Stereo!!! $20
