MusicDojo Walking Bass

Adam, I've been wanting to get into jazz so I was looking at your courses on MusicDojo. After reading the descriptions, it seems like your Walking Bass 1 course would be the place to start, but it doesn't look like it's going to be offered in the near future (Feb/Mar). However, Jazz Improvisation 1 is offered, so would that be a good place to start or would it be better to take the walking course first?

the jazz 1 course is definitely a bit more involved than the walking course. the walking course makes a great introduction to it, in fact, so you are spot on with the recommended order. i'm looking at the schedule now, and it appears a walking 1 class is running right now that ends on the 19th of feb. theoretically, it would run again a week later... not sure why you're not seeing it in the schedule. i just sent an email to support to find out why... i'll post back here when i find out. i'm pretty sure you'd be able to start it the week after next.
