The Renaissance Man Chords?

I've transcribed the whole song for guitar, bass and keys, Just the chords in the keys behind the head are really getting me, as the head is played by the bass it makes it pretty hard to get the chords! if you have a chart or could tell me the chords from 1:00 to 1:36 that would be massively helpful!
Thanks!

Thread necro here. Would you be willing to share the transcription? I am trying to put the bass on sheet before I get my six string bass next week. I'm having some serious trouble from 0:21 - 0:24; 1:15-1:35; 1:45-2:30; and a few other spots. I've already spent a good four hours on this and don't have much to show for it. There aren't any good videos so I can look at fretting on most parts and the runs are a bit too quick for my less than stellar pitch capabilities.
