hi guys & gals, just a quick q...
to 1/8ths is just like counting.. 1 & 2 & 3 etc..?
if not, how could i count it?
And same for 1/16th notes, how can I count those..?

In 4/4 time, yes you would count 1/8ths as
1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &
1/16ths you can count as
1 & ee uh 2 & ee uh 3 & ee uh 4 & ee uh

Nicoli's 16ths are wrong. It's One ee & ah- One is the quarter beat, & is the eighth, ee ah are the sixteenths.Thirtyseconds youre beyond me.
