I`ve got the essential volumes of Jamey Aebersold playalongs.

Vol 03 - [II-V7-I Progression]
Vol.16 - Turnarounds, Cycles & II-V7's
vol.21 Gettin' It Together
Vol.24 - Major and Minor
Volume 42_-_Blues_In_All_Keys
Volume 57_Minor Blues In All Keys
Vol 84 - [Dominant Seventh Workout]

I know the basics of Jazz, some standards, but never studied consistently, and I need to re-learn and learn the jazz.. I need a good book with a routine to follow.. Where I should start my workout, which volume first?

Do you understand harmony and how it relates to soloing?

If you do not have this http://www.jazzbooks.com/mm5/download/FQBK-handbook.pdf I would suggest you add this to your collection.

Now what you need - with out knowing what you already know and where you want to go ......

Start with Vol 3 & Vol 42. Use the ii|V|I patterns from v3 with the play along in v42. Give it some time & start mixing in other Standards for Play Along (Swing blues, Rhythm Changes, Parker descending blues changes, Summertime changes ...) to add variety to the ii|V|I routine.

Don't wait until you think you are ready. Make some jazz friends to jam with. I use my Living Room 6 - 10 times a year, just for fun.

Yes I do but in simple standards with not many key changes, in more complex tunes I know always what is happening but not at first sight, I need some minutes to thin. I want that to get automatic. I also have a bad tendency of looking key centers in mayor modes, but I need to study more minor keys and get more speed while soloing with melodic minor modes over dominant chords.
I know how to study phrasing I have a good book of soloing of Nico Assumpsao an exelent brazilian player he plays very fluently and phrases in Alternate scales and modes, I want to inspire my playing in his phrases and to practise them with Aebersold books and in Jazz tunes.

If you want to get a handle on actual tunes that are usually called on gigs, get VOL. 54, Maiden Voyage. There is also a companion transcribed bass line book for it.
