Any free fretboard training sites....

That teach how to learn the fretboard and each note they are? Cause ive been playing since i was 4-5 yrs old and i havent learned any of that. Playing by ear i know is a good ability but i believe i could be a better player if i could read music and know whats what on the fretboard. So any help is appreciated.
