Victor Wooten has a bass bootcamp down in Tennessee so i've heard.

The only one I know of, and have been to, is one in Seattle for double bassists. It's probably too far for you, and it's not for bass guitar, but it's definately worth it if you play double bass, or want to play it.

+1 to the Victor Wooten camp. I've never been, but I hear great things about it.

Gerald Veasley (solo artist and bassist for Pieces of a Dream) has one in your home state...not sure how far it is from you, but here's a link:

Unfortunately, it just ended, but it is an annual event if you're interested in attending next year.

For jazz, you can't beat Jamey Aebersold's summer workshop. One week of intense learning and playing. There are 2 sessions usually in late June and early July. http://www.jazzbooks.com/workshops/
