$35 is a ridiculous amount of money for that.

I don't get the "Ampeg Sponsored" plus it cost money thing...

it's more like "Live Clinic with significant Ampeg Advertisement"

here is the link to register

The best teacher I found here charged $20 for an hour. He was worth it, double.

Anyway, so I'm spending 1/2 my weekend gig $$ on Vic. Seems like reinvestment to me.

Maybe the payback will be getting Vic to do a free clinic when he and the Wooten boys come through town in the spring. I realize there are folks that cant spare $35. I give thanks for my good fortune daily.

Well Jimmy, it wouldnt have been ridiculous if the damn media player didnt constantly " buffer". 70% of the hour was spent waiting for "buffering".

I dont know what the hell kind of server they used, but for $35, that sucked.

Vic, on the other hand, was his customary 110% all there.

I think I have 40 plays or something like that. I;m so PO'd about it, once I get to view the whole vid again, I may psot my login info here and blast it out to the world.

Poor Vic had a metronome issue at the same time I;m trying to dwnlaod Real player to get rid of the buffering problem.

Vic was excellent BTW, but again, the medium patently SUCKED. Yo BASS PLAYER mag, if you all are chargign that kind of vig, DAMMIT get a server to handle it. OR if it was my box, make sure your "testing" algorithm finds watever the hell was causing Vic to look like some cheap ass freebie porn mpeg.

Very flippin' uncool.

Wow, that's a bummer. I don't know how anyone in this day and age can't stream properly. It's cheaping out and underestimating the load, I'll bet. I don't know...I think BP has a lot of integrity in what they do but this just seemed like a money grab.

I feel "used" for sure. I had taken some lessons over at musicdojo.com, and that was a different experience ( plus $50 for 10 weeks isnt a big vig).

While time=money in my life, I'll stick to a solo engagement in the woodshed and spend my nickle on obtaining music to learn from. ( I did pick up Vic's first disc - to learn from).

Guess its the same reason I dont subscribe to music mags, hero rig promotions, what's new and improved, how some player whom you might respect but cant really learn from is talking about, none of that gets me deeper in the pocket. No time to eff around with fluff.

Peace all.

I really dug the musicdojo stuff I took!

Sorry about the buffering... that always pisses me off too.
