App similar to Tascam

Is there an app that would be similar to the Tascam GB-10 where you can play along with music and slow down the song to learn it?

Audiacity does it off mp3. As long as you don't go below 30-40% it works great. And it's freeware....

I use Amazing Slowdowner. Stupid name. Great app. I got it from iTunes App Store. It slows down, pitch shifts, and loops sections. I use it all the time
