Backing tracks for bass?
 
Hey
Does anyone know where you can go to buy bass backing tracks? I need to get some for my exams :/
Any help would be awesome

They make "Band In A Box". You can create your own tracks in many styles and with any chord progression you'd like.

Of course, if you're looking for free downloads, I'm sure many people will post links. But then you have to put up with what someone else thinks you need.

Jamey Abersold & Hal Leonard both produce "Play-along" books, with CDs that you can pan channels from left to right to remove the bass track, which allows to you play along to just drums and piano. There's also the "Essential Styles for Bass & Drums" book, which is full of different grooves, along with bass and drum parts for each tune, and a CD of backing tracks.
