Band-in-a-Box problem

It's been a few weeks since I've used BiiaB.
Now when I play a tune, the melody is gone. Rhythm tracks are all there. If I mute all the rhythm tracks, I can hear the melody very, very faintly.
I can't find a setting to undo this and restore the melody.
Suggestions? Please??

Click on the melody in the mixer section (right under the menu bar), and then raise the volume.
