I don't have a computer at home, just Internet on my phone. I'm thinking of getting BIAB for my parents pc. Can I save the files and load them on iTunes so I can put them on my iPod and practice at home?

Yip. BIAB songs sound clumpy though. If you have an ipod touch or an iphone i'd recommend ireal band. The computers version only works on Mac though.
