Does anyone know of any free websites where i could find bass chrods in tab format?

No, but you can get Jonas Hellborg's Chord Bassics for $6 at any Sam Ash or Guitar Center...

You may have better luck search for piano chords. Just tranpose the notes to those that correspond with places on the fretboard and voilla you'll have chords on bass. But to your original question, regarding the websites for bass chords--not to my knowledge.

This page really helped me out when I got in a rut several years ago. I don't remember where the chords are listed but I know they are on there.
