Bass Frontiers magazine--need column from old issue

I am looking for the first in a series of columns by David Enos,
titled "Inside-Outside Improvisation," about using diminished scales over dominant 7th chords.

I have what I believe is the second in the series and it is from Volume 2, Number 4, 1995, so the first would, I assume, be Volume 2, Number 3(?)
