I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good bass instruction DVD. Preferably a complete course. I know they have them for acoustic and electric guitar(usually 2 or 3 DVDs in a set with tab), but I haven't seen any for bass. Thanks for any input |

I own all four volumes of this very professionally done bass instruction series. Please note that these videos are specifically geared towards Praise and Worship bassists. If you feel threatened by this (or corny humor), maybe this isn't the way to go. But if you're not, there's an extremely wide variety of skills presented that both beginners and experienced bass players would find useful (even outside of the Christian genre). |

I 've also been seeing material by some guy named Jim Lee. Has anyone had and experience with his stuff, or any of the online lesson sights where you pay monthly and they provide you with a video lesson and tab? |

I also noticed that Norm Stockton does the "Art of Groove" class on Music Dojo. It's one of the classes I never took, but now it's a good reminder for me to check it out. |
