Bass Instructor Needed In Vermont starting Mid-March

One of my students informed me today he and his family will be moving to Montpelier VT in March. His mom asked me if I know of any schools or instructors that teach bass guitar up there. He is a beginner currently working through Hal Leonard Book 1. He started with me about 2 or 3 months ago. I did an advance search and did not find anyone. If you are out there somewhere, or know of anyone or a school they can call upon when they move, please drop me a note with contact information so they can contact once they move.
