Question Bass teacher recommendations - Vancouver

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi All,

I've been playing bass for about 4-5 months now. Self-learned, mostly from books and playing favorite songs by ear.

I want to get serious now, and need some advice on finding a good instructor in Vancouver (where I live).

I have a very good good ear, classic music education (violin), can read music.

I'd like to perfect my bass technique, learn proper slap/tap. And I'd like to learn jazz theory: modes/chords, building walking bass lines.

Does anybody know of a good teacher in Vancouver who can offer me everything I need? I'm really serious about this, and money's not an issue.

Thanks!

T-A
