The best mistake you'll use again

I'm a fond subscriber to the notion that many of the best things happen by mistake. Its this notion that I'd like to address as far as playing the bass.
What is the best or most recent mistake you've made during practice or performance that you will use again intentionally at some point.
Mine was missing the downbeat on a line I've played more times than I care to remember. I have since decided to regularly use that missed downbeat in an intentional fashion to spice up the line. I've gotten more complements on that one thing than many I've worked hard to develop.
So what's your best mistake you'll use again?
