| Best places to study Bass at University level?

I'm starting my last year at High School and I want to continue playing bass after school. What I would like to know is, where would be the best place to study bass in Europe be? Right now I live in the Netherlands and I am looking into applying at the Institute of Contemporary Music Perfromance in London and at the London Centre of Contemporary Music, but I'm having a few doubts. Is there a better place to study Bass at a "university" level apart from that one (preferebly in London)? I don't want to have to spend a year there only to find out that I wasted my time.
