Birdland Chord Progression?

Sign in to disble this ad
Can anyone tell me the chord progression, key, and scale used for this video of Birdland?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQDfMqLlFPU

I'm playing this for our high school jazz band, and it's for our last show, and I have to practice the scale cause not only do I have big shoes to fill, but it has to be REALLY good. It's the last song my senior brother is going to be playing in a concert after his 8 years of band and 6 years of jazz band. I've gotta be REALLY REALLY good.

It's in the Real Book Vol 2, bass clef edition... maybe your music teacher could invest in a copy for the school?
