Book of play-alongs to help with reading?

As a musician i shouldn't be picky but when i practice i like the excercises to sound like music. I need to work on my reading and i was wondering if there are any play-along books you guys can recommend for me. I play (or want to play) jazz so something in that style would be nice. It would also be good for the book to progress in difficulty and have a good amount of volume to it so it will last a while. Thanks.

Just leave the balance knob on your stereo centered and play the melody and blow over the entire rhythm section.
