I got that book passed down to me by my sister and it was missing the cassette (!). I actually just picked it up a few weeks ago after sitting on my shelf for years, and I'm doing fine without it. Really good book.

Contact Ed Friedland directly.

You can find his email address on his website:
http://edfriedland.com

I've emailed him in the past regarding his books and found him to be very helpful.

He might be able to help you.

Great books!

This and his 2nd walking bass books are both killer tools for getting your walking bass chops together. I've actually got mine for sale (check my sig) since I'm done with them, and am using a more complex book. Just thought I'd put it out there to the guys in here since they'll probably be overlooked in the hordes of gear in the classifieds!

They are great books. I never used the CD's, however, I entered the chords into Band in a box and set it to loop. Much better than the CD's for practicing...
