Bunny Brunel's Bass Book

Hi,

I'm just wondering, have anyone tried the Bunny Brunel's Bass Book, I'm referring to Xtreme Bass and Soloing Secrets. For the one who has tried it, what do you think about the books? Is it useful?

How do you implement it into your playing?
