A friend is picking up the Bass, and is REALLY interested in learning. Can you Cat's suggest a thorough begginer's instructional DVD that I can suggest to him? Thing's like hand positioning, fretboard note's, scale's ect...Thank's!

I don't have personal experience with this DVD, but this guy does pretty good work normally.
