Can anyone tell me what chord John Patitucci is playing in this video around 4:54? It looks like an Aug5 from his fingering but i tried it with various roots and i can't figure it out! Any help would appreciated. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QfLFg73c7eM

C-6
C or Eb or F sharp or A dim7
Adim, although a diminished triad is more often functionally a 7th without the root, so:
F7
B7alt or B7flat9
etc.
fun with harmony, good times. |
