CD for melbay's complete blues bass book?

I recently brought this book after i got told that it was an excellent resource but it came with out a CD. I'd really like to get a copy of the CD, but the book seems to be out of print and it looks like Melbay only ship it as a combo, does anyone know where i could get a copy of this?

Some of their books have the CD's available as a DL. Have you checked the download section of their site?
