There are 12 keys (scales) all have a major and minor scale. Figure out what those notes are and then write them out in their propor order in the circle of fifths (theres an existing thread on the circle of 5ths here at TB)
major scale is R-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8
natural minor (aeloian) is R-1-b3-4-5-6-b7-8
the interval stuff i mentioned earlier is kinda hard for me to explain as its still something im learning.
but if you look above youll see i wrote out the intervals of the major and minor sclaes. Youll see the major scale has a major 3, and major 7, where the minor has a b3, b7.
