Desperate For a good bass teacher

I live in Winchester Virginia, about 1 hour and 30 minutes from DC. I am in desperate need of a good, quality bass teacher with a solid lesson plan for theory, scales, technique and chord theory.

Anyone who can help me out or suggest someone in this area, thank you.
